About me
I’m a psychologist with over 25 years of experience in different areas of mental health. My training includes logotherapy, existential analysis, and mindfulness. I’m currently completing the IFS (Internal Family Systems) training.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, families, and organizations from around the world. My approach is always integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I see myself as a curious and approachable person, deeply interested in exploring what moves us, what hurts us, and what gives us strength. Living in different countries and cultures has given me a multicultural perspective and nurtured my curiosity about human complexity and diversity. Every story, every way in which we integrate our experiences is unique.
I believe we all have the capacity to grow and heal — and that the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful space to do so. It opens the door to new ways of being in the world and connecting with others.
I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
