About me – Talí Uribe

Born in Colombia and shaped by diverse educational experiences and different countries, I developed a deep curiosity about human connection that naturally led me to psychology. Over more than twenty years in practice, I’ve worked in community projects, schools, and workplace well-being programs, while maintaining a private practice focused on meaningful, depth-oriented therapy. My training spans existential-analytical psychotherapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and most recently Internal Family Systems (IFS), meeting my clients where they are.

I’ve had the privilege of working across countries with clients from varied backgrounds, walking alongside them through profound transformations. Now based in Valencia and Madrid, I offer sessions both online and in person. Personally, I’ve navigated major life changes myself, which solidified my belief that crises fuel growth, though the pain of transition can feel overwhelming, making support through it essential.

I support clients who feel stuck, facing daunting decisions like leaving a relationship, changing careers, or rebuilding partnerships. I specialize in standing with them through these individual or relational transitions, with respect for their pace and no quick fixes. Clients describe me as steady and curious, creating a safe container for crisis, tough choices, and genuine transformation.
