Heal from Narcissistic Abuse and Emotional Dependency
Being in a relationship where you constantly doubt yourself is exhausting. Fear of making mistakes, undeserved guilt, and the feeling of being trapped can quietly erode trust in your own judgment.
In therapy, we work to understand what has happened, regain emotional clarity, and rebuild self-esteem. Therapy is not about pushing you to make decisions—it’s about helping you feel able and confident to make them from a place that truly feels your own.
Connection and Boundaries: Relationship Therapy
When a relationship brings pain, what often weighs most is what remains unsaid. Long silences, accumulated resentment, or fear of expressing your needs can block connection—and disconnect you from yourself.
Relationship therapy offers space to explore repeated patterns, your role within them, and how to relate more openly and consciously—without losing yourself in the process.
New Chapter: Divorce and Life Transitions
Divorce and major life changes are not just external events—they reshape identity, goals, and certainties. Feeling disoriented, isolated, or paralyzed when facing big decisions is completely normal.
Therapy helps you navigate these transitions with emotional support, process loss, and reconnect with a sense of direction and stability.

Adjustment and Belonging: Therapy for Expats
Living in a different country can bring both excitement and emptiness. Nostalgia, isolation, or the sense of never fully belonging can make daily decisions feel heavier.
Therapy for expats helps you process the emotional impact of relocation, grieve what was left behind, and build inner resources to live this stage with more clarity, balance, and purpose.
Purpose: Career and Work-Related Crises
When work loses its meaning, the resulting stress often seeps into every area of life. Fatigue, self-doubt, and fear of changing jobs—or of staying—can take over.
Therapy helps you identify accumulated pressures, clarify your true needs, and make career decisions aligned with your authentic self, rather than acting from exhaustion or external expectations.
Restore Balance: Anxiety and Burnout
Anxiety and burnout don’t always feel like “nerves”. They can appear as a mind that won’t switch off, a body under constant tension, and guilt that even rest can’t erase.
Therapy helps address this state of overdrive and hypervigilance, understand its roots, and restore a more sustainable daily rhythm—with greater calm, clarity, and wellbeing.
Approach
I welcome clients with openness and create a safe, non-judgmental space. My goal is to help ease distress and break cycles of overthinking, fostering clarity and a renewed perspective.
Together, we explore what feels limiting and move toward meaningful growth. I have guided many people through complex decisions—ending or repairing relationships, changing careers, or restructuring family dynamics—always respecting personal values, circumstances, and pace.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Clients bring their experiences and insights, while I contribute curiosity and evidence-based tools such as IFS, logotherapy, mindfulness, and transactional analysis. Each session adapts to your rhythm, supporting decisions that align with your authentic priorities.
a) IFS (Internal Family Systems): For exploring and healing conflicting or overwhelmed parts of the self.
b) Existential Analysis: For those seeking deeper meaning or facing questions about freedom, existence, and purpose.
c) Transactional Analysis: For improving communication, breaking repetitive relational patterns, and building emotional autonomy.
